Here’s how I rate my Quarterbacks: A QB gets points for the following: Is he a senior; how many years has he been a starter; yards per attempt; completion %; TD’s to interception ration and his ability to run the football. I crunch the numbers and come up with my QB rating. The highest possible rating at QB is 15. (e.g. I just completed the Utah Utes and QB Alex Smith has a College-Edge rating of 10.2)

I do the same for the RB’s, receivers, the O.L., the D.L., Linebackers, Cornerbacks, D. Backs, Special Teams and Coaches. Factor in home field, league records and other variables and the College-Edge has a rating on each Division 1A college football team.

It’s my system. I borrow from no one and no one borrows from me. It changes weekly and is completely adaptable to how a team is playing during the year. It constitutes most of the work I do each and every week of the season, and is the major factor in determining my major plays. {Ratings determine my major plays.
